You have the legal right to publish all materials provided

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your work
The Company retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, and systems
Completed work may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested
4. Payments and Refunds
Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice
Payments are due as specified
Due to the nature of creative services, payments may be non-refundable once work has begun

Bestseller status
Media placement
Financial return
All marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
